Province News

Final Profession

22nd April, 2017 was a joy filled day for us the Sisters of St. Ann of Providence, when our eleven Tertians said their firm ‘YES’ to their Divine Spouse. The solemn Eucharistic celebration was officiated by Most Rev. Udumala Bala, the Archbishop of Warangal, at Fatima Matha Cathedral, Kazipet. The occasion commenced with a meaningful theme ‘Bearers of God’s Love, Signs of Hope’, and was witnessed by the Priests, Sisters, Parents and Relatives of the Tertians. Let us continue to offer our Prayers for these eleven Sisters of ours, to always follow their Spouse faithfully.

Entrance of the Postulants into the Novitiate

25th April, 2017 was a special day for the five Aspirants of the two Indian Provinces, North and Central respectively, who stepped into the Novitiate singing joyful praises to the Lord. The Prayer Service was conducted by Sr. Ashley, the Postulant Mistress, on the theme, ‘Look, here is the Bridegroom, meet Him’. As a sign of their acceptance, Sr. Jesintha Mariappa, the Provincial Superior, gave each of them a Crucifix. Let us support these young Novices with our prayers.
